2025 Charity
This years charity will be Alder Hey Children’s charity randomly selected at the AGM and put forward by Chris & Kath Parry.
Raising vital funds for Alder Hey Children's Hospital
Alder Hey is the busiest children’s hospital in the UK, supporting over 450,000 young patients each year. Every donation received enables then to achieve a little bit more, from medical research to buying vital equipment, to building a better environment and providing facilities for families.
As our chosen charity this year we have decided to support Alder Hey Magic which is all about providing the best patient experience possible. The latest appeal is to support their new cinema the cinema opened in Nov 24 and enables children, young people, and their families to enjoy the magic of cinema from the comfort and safety of the hospital. Any funds raised will support the ongoing running costs of the MediCinema (use this link) Our Medicinema Appeal For Children | Alder Hey Children's Charity.
Look out for our fundraising tubs at our meets, coffee mornings, etc.
