Brian Gold entertains us at New year meet (30th December)

A first time for South Lancs DA, Mr Brian Gold (Guitar Vocalist, Pictured) will be entertaining us at our New year meet at St Anne’s Cricket Club.

Brian Gold is a guitar vocalist with over 20 years experience performing in and around the North West of England

Sets vary according to audience.  Whether it's relaxed swing, sing-along pop, bouncy anthems or cultured rock it is all great music performed excellently with a smile

Brian Gold started playing and singing during the 70s as a teenager in Liverpool

Naturally influenced and inspired by the likes of The Beatles and the incredibly diverse group of 70’s performers such as Queen, T-Rex, The Eagles, Billy Joel and Elton John

Combining live guitar and singing with professionally produced backing tracks (many of which he creates at his home studio) to give a rich and entertaining performance sound of a group at the cost and intimacy of a soloist

Originally from Liverpool Brian now lives in the small village of Parbold, near Ormskirk, Wigan and Preston and has always loved singing and playing guitar since very early
